The “Special Projects” area was launched to manage large, complex and wide-ranging projects, made to measure according to strategic business needs in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
“Disease awareness” campaigns, consensus documents, HTA valuations, Communities of Practice: as well as developing specific activities, the Special Projects team offers support to the client in defining the general strategy that articulates the whole project, carrying out preliminary analyses of feasibility and estimated business impact.

Medical writing
Medical writing allows you to provide a transcript of structured or informal scientific meetings and where necessary produce a consensus statement. All documents are edited with the support of a medical practitioner with experience in the healthcare sector, in Italian or in English.
Delphi panels
The Delphi method is regarded as a trusted system to objectively determine a level of consensus regarding clinical problems for which uncertainties exist. The questionnaires and ballots can be carried out both in person and online.
Advisory boards
Create and coordinate Advisory Boards both in person and online, with the support of cloud document spaces (e-rooms). Nume Plus offers full support across all tasks, starting from content, presentations and supporting documents, up to the legal aspects such as contracts with the KOLs and the handling of release forms.
Consensus meeting
With consensus meetings, Webinar technologies are used to deliver online Consensus Conferences. Nume Plus can look after all aspects of planning and organization, from preparatory works to web conferences for voting and presentation of results.
