SSH (Society for Simulation in Healthcare) in collaboration with Body Interact organized the webinar ‘Distance learning education during and after Covid’ held on 9 September 2020, analyzing the changes and innovations that medical training has adopted to tackle the COVID-19 crisis.
During the webinar, teachers and experts from across the world shared their experiences, highlighting how virtual simulation software played an important role in ensuring continuity in training provision. In this context, Body Interact has proven to be a valuable tool able to adapt to different educational models. For Italy, the reports of Professor Roberto Di Ponti, University of Insubria and Professor Pier Luigi Ingrassia, University of Eastern Piedmont were of particular interest.
